Everyone, young and old is welcome at all our services.  Our services follow a set pattern each month, with special services as announced.  St John's has an open communion table, which means that anyone that believes in Jesus is welcome to come and receive communion.  If you do not feel comfortable taking communion you are more than welcome to receive a blessing instead.  Hand sanitiser is available when you enter and leave the church.

Our Sunday services follow the pattern below.

9:30 am Sunday Morning

First Sunday of the Month

Family Communion service, suitable for all ages.  This informal service takes place in the Underhill Centre and includes communion.  This service is also streamed live on our YouTube channel.   

Third Sunday of the Month

All-age service of the word held in church and streamed live on our YouTube channel.  Led with the help of our Third-Sunday team, this is not a service of holy communion but there is a communion service in the evening.  Please join us as we sing, prayer, reflect and take part in various activities.  Followed by refreshments in the Underhill Centre. 

Second, Fourth and Fifth Sundays of the Month

Holy Communion service held in church and streamed live on our YouTube channel.  Children are invited to join other children during the first part of the service to partake in various activities.  If you have young children you are welcome to sit with them in our play area at rear of the church during the service if you find this easier.  Join use for tea, coffee and fellowship afterwards.

6:30 pm Sunday Evening

A short, relaxed service of evening prayer.

Third Sunday of the Month

Holy Communion service held in the church.
